Simple projects can be quoted within a few days, while more technical and complex rotational molding projects require engineering and tooling review. The best starting point is a CAD model and 2D drawing, estimated annual production volume, material requirements, application details (CTF’s) and anything that is critical to quality (CTQ). If your design is still in development, we can work with concept drawings or even sketches to begin evaluating your project and provide a rough order of magnitude (ROM) proposal.
Absolutely. We can provide a fully comprehensive quote for all three tooling types; aluminum fabricated, cast and CNC machined billet. Along with pricing we will provide lead times for each of the key project milestones.
We accept both STEP (.step) and SolidWorks (.sldprt/.sldasm) file formats. While both formats work well, native SolidWorks files are preferred because they allow our engineers to make design changes more efficiently during the development process.
